Out of more than 1,000 submissions, the American Association of Museums (AAM) has awarded our Scrapbook Activity Guide first place in its publications competition. The only national, juried competition of its kind; it has encouraged excellence in the graphic design of museum publications for more than 25 years. Designed by Addison Hall, the Guide helps elementary school students and their families navigate through our exhibition, Jewish Washington: Scrapbook of an American Community.
Special thanks to Dr. Laura Burd Schiavo, Rabbi Toby Manewith, Amy Federman, Erin McCormally, Nathalie Lavine, and Sharon Barry for their help in developing the Guide!
